Our service men are all highly trained, experienced employees of Roadtec, not just field service representatives. They are committed solely to the Roadtec product line and will share their working knowledge to help you get the most out of your investment. Whether it's a new equipment start-up or a field repair, we will be on the job until it is finished.

Service schools are held at the Roadtec manufacturing facility each winter. Separate schools are held on pavers, cold planers and material transfer vehicles. Each school takes a comprehensive look at the electrical, hydraulics, maintenance and general operation of each category of equipment. Informal sessions offer hands-on instruction by our seasoned service personnel.

We also offer a training course called the Paving Professionals Workshop. This is the paving industry's most comprehensive total quality paving training conference ever. Our team of industry professionals provide the most thorough hands-on and classroom instruction offered in the proper application of asphalt lay down handling, rolling and testing equipment. All sessions are held at our state of the art training facilities in Chattanooga, TN. A variety of working equipment is on hand for all sessions.

Our parts department is staffed with experienced technicians who can quickly fulfill your needs from our factory inventory. By dealing directly with the manufacturer for your parts needs, you eliminate the middle man, significantly reducing costs and wasted time. We give you reasonable parts pricing with no minimum order requirements. Emergency services handled "after hours" are by real people - not answering machines - and there are no expedite charges for these emergencies. Our parts and service department is open 24 hours a day. One call gives you accessibility to all departments in the Roadtec organization.
