The business should also be different from others which are around.  You should not build your business principally by poaching your competitors’ ideas.  It is important to give your customers a unique experience so that they feel the need to keep doing business with you.  This helps in making customers come to you just as much as it helps in keeping them faithful and loyal to your business.  Investing in original or unique ideas for running your business will be of great benefit.
